Burgerfi

I have previously had great experiences with this store… today my food and service was terrible. A very young kid was doing his best to run the store it was clear, but all the burgers were over cooked and sitting under the heat lamp forever. All of the fries were a soggy mess. The food tasted terrible and we waited over 30 minutes for three meals.

They should get a chicken costume and a sign that says “eat mor beef”! Because the customer service and food quality is A1 top notch. I highly recommend the staff; they are friendly and understanding. They work well together as a team. The food is so good I’d wait any timeframe for it. Go check it out.

Me and my family have been coming here (the N. Cary location - NOT a review of the crossroads location) since they opened, and initially were quite fond of it. The service was good, the food was, and orders came out pretty quick. Then things got a bit iffy, and the last three visits have all been pretty rough. Had we not enjoyed positive experiences initially, I think each one of the most recent three visits would have been enough to justify not returning. Some of the highlights from the recent experiences: Buns not being stamped, while being smashed on to the side of the burger and the cheese hanging off of half of the patty. Burnt fries to the point of being nearly being inedible. Being given a beer in the small water only cup. Ordering three cups of burgerfi sauce only to find they weren’t added to the to go bag. When asking for the sauce, being told to join the end of the line and order again if I wanted burgerfi sauce. Ordering a SWAG burger and burgerfi sauce and being told that no such burger or sauce has ever existed on the burgerfi menu. The service and quality have taken a sharp decline. Maybe that will change one day, and will consider coming back.
