Waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes with no response. Sent my husband inside and he said they didn't acknowledge him, they were arguing with each other, and one employee even threw food at another one. He did eventually get our food, and when we took it home it was completely wrong. And on top of that, we received a cup full of greasy breading bits?? Like someone had scraped the grill, put it in a cup, and gave it to us. Insane experience, honestly.

The 5 stars is for 1 employee. If you don't go when she's there you don't get what you ordered. I forgot her name, starts with a T I think, she's tall. I come through once a week. Today she wasn't there, I ordered a chicken & fish meal and received a 4 piece chicken. They were out of honey mustard so I was given tartar sauce, sweet & sour & vinegar. I would have ordered something else had I been made aware.

Had to wait then they brought out the wrong order, finally got our food, cheese sticks were barely warm but they were the best part of the meal. Corn on the cob was so 🔥 you couldn't touch it, no baked potatoes, the 11 small fries were hard and cold, fish was tasteless. I had asked to substitute a roll in place of the hush puppies--they were okay but not what I wanted. The sweet tea was good.

Very disappointed in Capt. D's .. we been a customer for many years but may not go back Corn on the cob was disgusting..( I returned it) barely warm....brown kernels, looked like it had been soaked in water for days. The "buttery" spread won't even melt on it ! ( This has happened at more than one location). French fries were half cooked, mushy inside . Baked potato was hard inside and hardly warm at all ...same situation regarding the butter flavoured spread not able to melt. Terrible dinner experience ! 😝

This location had been my go too seafood place for 21 years. Not anymore. I always got the10 PC meal with sides. Always. I started getting the baked potatoes and cole slaw cause the fries were getting greasy. Last time the meal had 3 potatoes and was good. Saturday I got the same meal and was told it comes with 4 potatoes. That's OK. When I got home, the potatoes were brown and hard. They looked terrible, and my wife tried to eat one. It was inedible. We ate the rest of the meal. I returned next day, and the manager yelled at me for not bringing back when they were bad. Then stormed away. People started coming in and waiting behind me. The counter person had to go ask if she could return my $2.78. She did, and you lost this customer.
