Calming, relaxing atmosphere. The coffee is wonderful! Prices are on part if not a little cheaper than Starbucks. Tastes a heck of a lot better too. They also carry Nagel's bagels, scones, and muffins. Lots of spaces to sit and just hang out.

I’ve been coming here for a year now always order the same thing a large dark Vader extra shot of espresso with whip cream. Came in there today ordered the same thing to open the lids keep falling off out he handed me one the lid came off and the cup fell over and ruined my brand new $200 shoes I went in there and asked them to remake it they remade it I got home I was walking in the door and dropped it again because the lid came off and ruined the Persian rug, and all they can do is say they are sorry. They need to change their lids back to where they fit again or I will never be coming here again. Very very very bad experience and not good Customer service.

Comfy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are Very friendly. There is an area to sit with friends to watch TV or play the stack of board games they have. Their coffee is on point! The Nagels Bagels they are selling are AMAZING! They do have a drive through as well. I will definitely be returning often!
