Starbucks

The line at this starbucks is always super long!! If you wanted to park in the front lot, just forget about it because you won't be able to pull back out for the people in the drive thru line blocking the way. Just poor design and not enough space. They were out of the new pineapple drink when I came by around 12:30 pm, so I had to call my friend and ask her what else she wanted. I got her the strawberry acai with lemonade. And I got me and my boyfriend caramel machiattos. The lid for the strawberry acai was came off when I set the drink carrier down in my seat and spilled some. So I had to take it out of the carrier and try and fit 2 drinks in my cup holder and one in the door. I got the lid back on but then when I put it in the door, it came off again and got in my door. So I put it in the middle cup holder and it came off again but at least it was sitting in a level position. My friend had to put tape on it for it to stay on while drinking it.

I went this morning as always. I am a frequent customer. I usually get cold drinks though. This is my first time i decided to get a hot drink for myself. I got the peppermint hot chocolate just for it not even be close to full to the top:( I wonder why I peeped through the hole that the liquid is far down and I opened the lid to see it :/ I just hope you guys full it up a bit more for your next customers

Horrible service, bad attitudes, never get orders right! I ordered the same thing across the nation!!!! And at this location I’m told what I order is against there policy! I contacted corporate and I now have a copy of Starbucks policy and this is no where to be found! If I’m going to pay 6+ for a drink I expect it to be made the way I like it! This location is horrible avoid at all cost! There is 2 other locations within walking distance!

I just want to give a shout out to Ms. JoJo. The service here is always amazing. My fiancé was having a rough day and JoJo did the nicest gesture for her. She noticed the rough day my fiancé was having and gave her a free cake pop with a note that read “Hope your day gets better<3”. It made her feel much better about everything. Thank you JoJo for going above and beyond!

Good tea, fun staff, and I love how willing they are to make special odd drinks when you ask for it. Seriously this is one of the best ran Starbucks in Ga. and I’ve been to at least half of them because of my adventuring habits Ask for advice here and they will always help you pick something good. All of them have great costumer service skill also.
