Great experience. My first visit but the food was delicious, service was as expected (average). I had the Sexy Jalapenos (phenomenal) Egg Drop Soup (pretty good), and Steak Hibachi. I asked for "Medium Well" steak but got "Medium Rare". Although I'm somewhat flexible with my steak temps, I normally avoid Medium Rare because I don't care to see blood. However, this medium rare steak was absolutely amazing!!! The only interruption to this otherwise wonderful dinner experience was cold breeze pounding at my back as staff had a door open in the back (possibly receiving a shipment out something). Regardless I'll definitely recommend and will surely be back.

I love this place! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. The lunch bento box is the absolute best! Lots of chicken, veggies and rice, plus a sushi roll and spring rolls...yum! They have a friendly, kind staff and I plan my trips to Cartersville so that we can eat here! I miss this place most since I moved.

My family really likes this place and that says a lot because we have picky eaters in our group. We’re “not from around here” so we have been looking for a good sushi place without luck until we tried Kumo. My personal favorite is the Godzilla roll. The presentation is perfect. The hibachi was very delicious also. After we ate here the first time, I kept thinking about when I could have another Godzilla roll. The only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is that we came on a Sunday and had perfect food, and then we came on a weekday and the food was not quite as fresh. But overall it is the best sushi and hibachi in the area.
