The Big Burger

Alright, so I will not be returning here. The food wasn't terrible but the customer service was. Not only did they get my order wrong, they told me to my face that it was correct when I picked my food up. When I called to complain they were willing to fix the issue. HOWEVER, as I was getting ready to leave my house yet again to go pick up the fixed burger, they called me back saying I needed to bring the messed up burger back with me. Now I'm not someone who's looking to get something for free but I feel like they thought I was lying. And on top of that, it's covid right now and a restaurant shouldn't be taking back food to do what with it? Throw it out personally because their customers are so dishonest? What kind of customer service is that? There's better turkey burger places around here anyway.

They were good, but I've had better. Their turkey burger was pretty dry, not as juicy as other "mom & pop" establishments I've tried. Also, they were pretty stingy with the pastrami on my husband's colossal burger. Maybe because it was a late night run, I don't know but I'll give them another try earlier in the day😁
