Dunkin'

I do not understand why it is so hard for this location to get orders correct. I have been going to this location for over 2 years, and in my time going to this location my orders are rarely ever correct. I don’t complain often unless a large grievance but I feel as though being charged 29$ for 4 bagels and some bacon is a bit outrageous not to be able to get my order correct yet again. I really hope management cracks down on this location and can elevate it to a place I would actually want to return to from this point forward. They ended up charging me for 8oz of cream cheese for 6$ , 8oz of strawberry cream cheese for 2$ and two butter for 3$

I don’t know why it is so hard for the employees to show a little bit of customer service. I go to this Dunkin pretty often and it’s always the same rude service, they do not even ask how you are before taking your order and it’s just “ what can i get for you “ with extreme attitude. The food is always cold or burnt, donuts always seem stale, coffee is made differently each time and sometimes it just taste like straight river water. Not to mention the wait time when there’s not even that many cars in the drive thru and you’re waiting 10 mins to just have your order taken and then another 10 mins to get your order at the window. Half of the time the worker cuts me off as I’m in the process of ordering and they typically say it wrong because I haven’t even finished ordering my coffee? The Villa Rica location is 10x better and if I didn’t live in Carrollton I would most definitely go to that one because they are actually accurate and provide friendly service. The only nice employee I have encountered at this Dunkin is the young girl with the green dye in her hair. The management needs to seriously take these reviews into consideration as half of them are 1-2 stars and I can guarantee all of the good reviews are just the managers or employees trying to make their score seem better.

Dunkin is usually always good. Some are not opening the lobby still, which I hate. I will not use the drive thru at Dunkin. I like to look at what I'm getting. They should probably reduce the coffee sitting time. Sometimes the coffee is not as good, it taste like it's been sitting on the burner for a long time.
