My family and I eat from here quite a bit. While placing an order today, while looking at the menu online, I was told that each item I wanted was increased (by no less than $3. As much as we love the food, and service for the most part, the lack of communication with the store and the website is extremely frustrating.

Personally me and most my friends love the place. We order from here all the time. The wait time is not a bother either, we understand food takes time to prepare. Especially when you're actually "cooking" the food. It only takes about an hour on average, a smart person orders knowing any food has a wait time "duh". The food is great, and I'll definitely continue ordering from this place.

Called. Made an order.said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. At 7:32. Got here to pickup at 745. They said it’s not ready, yet. It’s cooking. I said ok. They asked my car I told them waited outside for pickup. At 8:13 I called back they said it’s still cooking , now wings don’t take that long. 30 seconds later a server came out and said “ hey We’re going to give you 10% off “ and walked away. “ to sum it up. You order , they tell you time. They forget your order. And your business isn’t valued. They weren’t busy and employees were sitting. If 10% is all I’m worth. City wings might be a better choice from now on. So if you want to wait. Get your order forgot. Go here. 🤙

I see lots of people complaining about the wait times. As a small hole in the wall business they can only be so fast. They do not have a giant industrialized oven like every pizza joint around. If you’re ordering delivery then order ahead of time because they almost always have an hour to two hour wait time. If you consistently get your food cold then order carry out and once again order ahead of time. I order from here often and I’ve never had an issue. The lady over the phone is always very nice and straight to the point and the drivers are always polite and professional. Even with that hour to two hour wait time my food has never been cold. If the wait time is all you have to complain about then you’re wasting your time. Good food takes time. Go to McDonalds if you want fast food.

Look I love the food here but this is the second time they’ve accidentally made my order carryout instead of delivery like I asked for. Plus it takes a long time for the food to get here. The drivers are great and they are doing their best but they can only do so much when there is one or two drivers.

This used to be the best pizza and wing place around Carrollton or Douglasville.. USED TO BE. Here lately it’s not. The service is completely awful. My family and I have had two bad experiences and we’re giving them the benefit of the doubt and asked to just talk to the owner about the situations but the owner never once tried to get back with us. The pizza is way overpriced for the kind of customer service you receive. They have lost all of our family and friends business.
