The biscuits are amazing fried chicken was very flavorful chicken the family ended up eating for free at this place because a customer did not want their Order anymore so they offered it to us. And we brought two pieces of chicken and left thank you very much good customer service DID I NOT SAY THE FOOD WAS GOOD

Unfortunate.. In the past this Jack's was amazing. Great service, fresh food. It was a good experience. But the past 6 months or so, it's gone downhill fast. Stale food. Undercooked chicken, Orders being completely wrong. Sometimes their rude on the speaker, but I've worked in food. I understand that being a thing. But it's gotten to the point where Everytime I go to this Jack's, I can bet something will be wrong, or bad. Whatever changes y'all made, unmake them.

Could you explain to me why I can't get more than one package of sauce? Why I can't even buy another? Is this just something all Jack's are doing? The only reason I gave it two stars is because the workers were nice.

Their food is ok, but the store wasn't so clean. I understand the post Covid change, so I don't fully fault the staff. Less help everywhere.

The food is great but the crew isn't very good at completing orders. There hasn't been a time that I've gone here and my order was correct. So disappointing and never exciting to not be able to eat what you wanted, check your food before you leave 100% of the time.

They've got a great breakfast special. Eggs, grits, biscuit and gravy, and your choice of sausage or bacon for only $3.99. About the best breakfast deal you're gonna find.
