Whataburger

Worst service I've ever had. Our family just moved to Texas. All we've ever heard was how great Whataburger is. I've been anticipating this for years. We order. The server comes to my car and says are you the one with the huge order (in a snarky way). I'm in a minivan and ordered 5 meals. Par for the course for most families. I take the drinks and pass them to my wife. While I'm handing her the drinks he drops the other two bags onto my arm. I ignore this, it's the lunch rush. We check our order and my daughter didn't get her apples. Go inside and get them. Simple mistake. It happens. We get to our hotel, which is two blocks away. My burger that was labeled no onions... Had onions. My wife's burger was cold to the touch. It felt like it came out of the refrigerator... We had to microwave a burger right after leaving a Restaraunt. Unforgivable. First and last time. I'm glad we went to Jack in the Box when we got off the plane. I would have hated for this to have been our first experience in Dallas.

Tonight I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes but it only moved up three cars. So, I parked and went into the store where 3 customers were already waiting. Another 5 minutes passed and no one (NO ONE) every came to the counter to take an order. No Whataburger is worth waiting 20-30 minutes to order. Will definitely not be back.

when I opened the lid of my drink I found this inside... not sure what it is... 12/30/20 This whataburger has a habit of not including everything you request and pay for with your order. It’s quite annoying. Whataburger is too expensive for them to constantly leave items out of the order and inconvenience the customer by having to drive all the way back to get it corrected. I’m done with this whataburger. This has happened several times at this location. It’s one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited. No barcode on the receipt to scan my visit. Just terrible experience all around. Rather than be nice and move the line, check your items before driving off. Consistently serving cold, old, stale, re-fried French fries. Cut it out! Fries don’t take that long to cook. I’m tired of waiting on that slow line only to receive terrible fries. It’s super annoying. 8/24/21 I have given this whataburger chance after chance but today is the last straw. All of this food is old. It’s sickening and disgusting. The eggs are turning grey and the sausage is extremely hard and dried out around the edges as well the cheese looks like plastic. You can tell its been sitting, yet they served it anyway. Idk where they found this tortilla or what they did to it but it’s all crumbles and broken. This is ridiculous. Go to the other whataburger it’s near Frankford, better food and better service. This one sucks, continually!

Why should it take me over 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru to get a meal? How come everyone else can seem to understand timing of preparing fast food? Every time I go to a Whataburger I become more and more disenfranchised and disappointed. I don't know who keeps eating here on a regular basis to give these people the ability to stay open.

I have been coming to this whataburger for the past 15 years and every year it has gotten worse but the past two times I have been (which is in the past week because I'm in the service industry and get out late) I don't mind waiting long because I expect it of whataburger but I have gotten 3 busted cups in my past two visits that have leaked everywhere in my car, the tell me I need to hold on a second before ordering and not asking to wait, they have no idea what I ordered when I get up to the window, and they can never run my card by the window and say they have to go to the front to run it which is sketchy. They have no manners and are rude and have no idea how to treat customers. They also need to stop giving busted cups of soda.

Staff annoyed you’re there, 20 mins to have order taken in lobby, seemed busy so gave grace, especially cause after ordering food was out almost immediately so relieved until burger cold, cheese cold, literally wouldn’t melt so suspicious and should have asked for a refund then. But just didn’t have the energy to argue since first meal after a long day of work for us, so left it. My bf, 1 year old, and myself ate. On the way home my bf felt sick and had to rush to the restroom, my 1 year old who had a few bites had diarrhea in his diaper, and I awoke at 4:10am and proceeded to vomit up everything I ate there. So they are keep unsanitary conditions or leaving food longer to lessen food waste at the expense of health of customers. Will not be returning. Beware.
