Starbucks

Horrible! I just hate when the Batista doesn't kno how to make a simple drink and charge u correctly. I ordered a venti double shot on ice which comes with sweetener and got charged extra for it NOT GOOD she made my drink with 2 shots WRONG a venti has 5 shots I asked light cream she filled up the cup TERRIBLE. I asked to get my drink remade again it was wrong she put my syrup then my shots creamer flat our a bad experience I think if you cant make a drink dont play the guessing game get your recipe book people like me kno how our drinks are to be made as for me I always order it the sane way everyday. Just look at the coffee I was given.

This Starbucks is located in Safeway. The trainee was very polite and did a great job on my drink, despite her nervousness she was polite and attentive. Really enjoyed the new cold brew they offer . They also have a very nice and clean seating area that they share with the deli, allowing you to relax and work on your laptop, tablet etc. Or enjoy lunch with a friend. I knocked my review down to four stars because the seasoned employee was very "brusque" to put it nicely, I do hope my smile helped her day. Overall , I enjoyed the setup and the refreshing dining like seating area.

For a Safeway Starbucks this one is pretty consistent. They've been well trained, all my specialty beverages taste spot on from how they do at the corporate outfits. Nice people, your Safeway club card works here, accept gift cards (both Starbucks and Safeway's), and so does the just4U rewards. The only time I don't get a coffee here is when they are closed.

This Starbucks is located inside of Safeway on Fair Oaks and Manzanita. Since they're not their own store, they are often out of certain flavors or certain things to have a proper drink that you would expect from Starbucks. Also, when the girls there aren't making drinks they're standing there gossiping out loud where everybody can hear or arguing with each other. Unfortunately very unprofessional.
