Round Table Pizza

Have ordered for pick up once or twice a year for a while, never a real issue. Tonight made an order through the website, got a confirmation of the order on the order page but I didn't get an e-mail confirmation like usual. Decided to call the store in case it was a glitch and the order didn't go through. I was hung up on by staff twice. They laughed at me while they thought I was on hold, but I could hear them. Finally on the third call they said they didn't have my pizza because they had turned off orders from the website because they were swamped. There is no notification on the website of this. In addition I checked I my CC and there is a pending charge, which since they "never got" my order is fraud on their part. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again and until they get their staff in shape would encourage others to stay far, far away. Maybe they'll get that flood of orders under control then.

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had@round table. The quality of their pizza, garlic twists, &cinnamon twists was so far below average that I would've given them zero to negative stars if possible. I've always really enjoyed round tables food however after this experience I will not b back. The only bright spot was there customer service provided by the kid @ the register.
