Dunkin'

Love this DD. The staff is awesome. My experience is always especially amazing thanks to the Awesome Arielle. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She is the true definition of what customer service should be. She’s so friendly, kind and literally goes above and beyond to make sure my drink is absolutely perfect. I wish DD had more employees like her !!! Dunkin is very lucky to have her and I’ll never change locations thanks to her!!!

I have been to this establishment numerous times early in the morning before I go to school for a nice, steamy beverage. Nearly every time, my drink has tasted peculiar in some way. Sometimes, the drinks have been passable in their flavor, but most of the time, I have been very disappointed. The most memorable experience I have with this Dunkin' is from a month ago, when I bought their signature latte. After parking my car near school, I took a sip of the warm nectar and was immediately disgusted. The latte tasted like hot steamy garbage from a sewer, not like coffee. I somehow managed to swallow the sip I took, but I decided to throw out my drink. I couldn't even stomach taking a second sip. I am writing this review not to scrutinize this particular restaurant, rather to offer advice. I implore those who make the beverages at this location to do better. Every other Dunkin' I have visited offer an improved selection of beverages. I know the Kent Dunkin' can provide a more appetizing array of drinks. Until then, I refuse to come to this location again.
