I love this place.. A real community pub. No gimmicks or nonsense.Cold beer in a clean glass. Had some fantastic nights here with old friends and new. DJ and Karaoke nights. Pool table and free skittles, my kids love this. Gwyn and Linda, firm but fair, and ALWAYS have a warm welcome. Bar staff are genuinely lovely people, especially Sam, and the local regulars would give their shirt off their backs in your time of need !

I've never really used this pub much except for the last year. The staff and management are so very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The lounge has been redecorated for parties and events. My second New year's Eve celebrating there and it didn't disappoint. Lovely food and amazing atmosphere. I've yet to try Sunday bingo and karaoke but hopefully sometime soon. Wishing Linda and Gwyn a Happy New Year! May you have great success in the different events you throw. One last thing..... the pitchers of cocktails £13 an absolute bargain. Pop in and try one!

Attended New Year's Eve Party. It was a fantastic night had by us all. The landlady Linda, and the staff kept the alcohol flowing. The food was delicious and plentiful. Thank you also to Ben Roche the DJ for keeping us all in tune with his choices of music and karaoke.
It was also a great night for my friend Janine Campbell who celebrated her 40th 🎂 birthday.
10/10 .... For a brilliant night.

Spent New Years Eve here. It was a great atmosphere, buffet food was available and a DJ. It was well staffed so easily served & not much of a wait. Landlord & Lady are welcoming. Had a great night.

First time I'm there when the fireworks where done ove rrhe Park my 3 y old. daughter got a bit scared so we popped in lovely service fariendly pub.

I have been going to the Highfields for many years, it has an amazing community atmosphere and the people are very friendly. The staff and management are lovely and very welcoming, always ready to have a chat and some laughs. The customer service is excellent. The pub has a large bar, a skittle alley which also has a dart board and a pool table, these are always popular. The lounge has recently been decorated and already hosted some great parties. Highly recommend this pub 10 out of 10!

This pub is the heart of Caerau, it has definitely become mine and my friends local. Everyone you meet is lovely just great vibe in there, anybody and everybody is welcome. The Landlord is lovely he’s a great genuine guy more than happy to chat. The staff are friendly welcoming they also love a good chat ! You’ll be spoiled for choice with the variety, of drinks, from cocktails to draft beer to bottles and plenty of spirits. I can guarantee a great night in this pub one you won’t regret or remember lol x 10/10
