Dunkin'

One customer in front of me, four employees behind the counter and a manager in the seating area (doing extracurricular activities),go figure. So I waited and waited, oh yeah and I waited. 23 minutes after I get there, I got my chance to place my order. (Can I take your order?) What's your strongest drink? (What type of drink?) Anything that is your strongest. (I guess I could put more coffee in it with some espresso.) Okay I don't really drink coffee, I just walked for 51 miles 10hrs.21min. I just need something to boost me up. She then rang me up and said she would be right back,(three cars went thru the drive thru ) and here is my beautiful ice coffee. Thank you 23minutes finally I get to revive myself. First sip mmmmmm not even close, this truly was the most disgusting tasting drink I have ever had by far. The service polite, If I were a member of the team I would continue to train my team so we would all stay on point so situations such as this don't happen. Establishment was clean, and it was empty.

I used to drive out of the way to go to the Dunkin' donuts because the ones near me in Canton center constantly screw up orders. This place was really good for a while but the last 10 trips or so have either been missing items, had the wrong items or even one of the times I was double charged. I always tip and am always polite and understanding for the mistakes but... It's getting a bit ridiculous to be honest. So far I've calculated around $40 worth of missing items and the only reason why I don't go back is because the line is so big, And if you walk inside for service it's just a whole different game Didn't want to write this review but this place has to fix something.

Who DOESN'T LOVE thier Dunkin!?! I abSoLuteLy LOVE my medium CarameL SwirL iced Latte with whoLe miLk, & 3EXTRA pumps of CarameL SwirL! (NO need for sugar cuz that carameL syrup is sweeet)! Perfect on a hot day too, but a tip of mine, they give ya SUCH SMALL ICE CUBES (&the sMaLLest amt.of ice possibLe!) so when I get back home(or to work) I dump their ice out&put the LARGER Cubes of ice in it&that does the trick!
