My family and I just went through the drive through at this location to order a few donuts and iced coffees. The girl that took our order was incredibly rude!! As most drive through speakers are hard to hear my husband asked her to repeat what we ordered she replied with ‘I JUST repeated your order’. We promptly told her she can forget the order and took our business down the road to Dunkin at 3640 Marietta Hwy.
I tried to get a manager on the phone, and there wasn’t one on duty but was told the girls name was Lisa. Who knows if this was truly her name but we were there at about 3:00 on 5/31/22. It’s truly disheartening the lack of customer service and these days.

The WORST customer service EVER!!! They are always fast which is great but they have all young people who are always so rude and just don’t know how to talk to people. Please teach these kids some manners!!! I go here a lot on the way to work and have never had not one person be nice to me or even so much as crack a small smile.

Stopped on my way to work because another location had made my coffee incorrectly. They made my replacement coffee without any question or hesitation and I am very grateful! Courteous and helpful staff.

Hate to say this, but in my opinion: after trying donuts in every donut shop and food chain. Ray's donuts are the best and only ones that even taste like real donuts.
These other donut shops need to take note on how to make donuts.

I struggle to rate this place accurately, because it’s been so long since I’ve been here. I want to and I wanted to order pickup or delivery, but the menu isn’t accurate. I used to stop by and order a lot, probably too much! I would probably still be a really frequent flyer if I could order the items I want. I cannot drive much, but I also cannot go inside places… so if they would include my favorites on the menu to order delivery or pickup, I would love to order. You can order through the speaker, why not on the apps?
Bismarck, seasonal items, etc. The ability to request certain combinations for the ½ dozen or dozen donuts/munchkins (not just random flavors or all the same.

Went there yesterday and got a peppermint mocha and a caramel macchiato & of course a donut... Worst experience at a dunkin lol. Got to the window.. 2 of the workers ran to the back. The kid at the window looked so lost on what to do.. Recieved a stale donut, sat in the drove through waiting on the macchiato for 15 minutes! got handed a cup of hot steamy milk????? Wheres the macchiato kid??
