Very impressed!! We were supposed to pick up a dinner at our Church when we pulled in and saw they had canceled the dinners. I thought of Bob Evans near us in Canton. Food was delicious!! Very big portions and friendly service! I have leftovers too!! Keep up the great work. You SAVED Thanksgiving!!

The staff here are positive and engaged. Their Wildfire at this location is something special! I like going here because it is convenient for lunch from my work. Service is swift and couteous.

Food was cold and we were missing some items. Saw two girls walk out with our food, half heartedly look around, and go back inside. We were parked in a carry out pick up spot in the car which they had the description of. Ended up with our food 20 minutes past the pick up time. The food was still good even though it was cold. It probably would have been amazing at the proper temperature.

Food was cold, ordered skillet, it arrived in a salad bowel the cheese was still shredded not even melted.
Other order- sausage links cold, hash browns cold, bacon was like jerky. Everything was re-heated and or from hours prior.
Told the manager Patrick was his name basically said sorry about your luck....Bill for 2 people basic breakfast 43.00- don’t waste your time better options in the area.

Did a drive up pickup. Everything was good. We got the family breakfast and there was not enough eggs for 4 of us but other than being slim on the eggs, best pancakes I have ever eaten!

I often order from this Bob Evans for home delivery. The last two times my food has been delivered I have been missing food and I also received the wrong order wrong order wrong order. My daughter had to drive all the way to the restaurant to get the order corrected and they gave us some cookies for our trouble .I don't understand how they could continue to mix up my order.I have been a faithful customer for quite some time and I enjoy Bob Evans but I will have to choose another location.
