I should have read the reviews first... I placed a takeout order through Yelp and noticed it kept saying “we’ll let you know when the restaurant receives your order” so I called to confirm they got it. Hmmm no answer, weird. Eventually it says they received it and give me and estimated pickup time. Finally after an hour my food is done. I go to pick it up and all the lights are off. The place is closed. A whole hour before their posted time. Which means they were closed 2 hours before when I placed my order. What a huge waste of time. And now I have to waste more time getting my money back. This place is not even worth giving a second chance. And they seem to have done this to many other customers so I don’t know how they are retaining any repeat customers.

One of the nicer Mediterranean food around.. the staff is friendly and well maintained restaurant. Been here quite a few times.. every time I was satisfied.. being a vegetarian, the falafel is one of the main item.. which has been good all the time.. Once ordered take out through yelp.. that was super smooth experience.. Plenty of parking as it is in the strip mall.

This was a bad experience. The first time I called to place an order, they were out of hummus which was the main thing I had wanted to order. Second time, placed my order and went to pick it up. I waited a few minutes after I walked in, no bell or chime notification that someone walked in. The person who walked out did not have a mask or gloves on and made a poor attempt to put on a mask, which only hung off his ear during my visit. Then they had problems with my card. Another customer came in, paid with card and was on his way. The second employee who came out to help with the credit card machine, who also didn't wear a mask or gloves told me "there must not be enough money" on my card. I went out, grabbed my phone to double check my card balance though I knew that was not the issue, and came back in. I let the one guy know that it was a rude assumption to say I didn't have enough money to pay for my order. I finally asked to see one of the CC machine receipts that they kept throwing away, telling me it was an "error". They gave me the receipt out of the trash and it said "chip malfunction" and not "declined" or "insufficient funds" or "ERROR" like they had been telling me. I asked if they were swiping or using the chip. They didn't admit it but I'm sure they were swiping the card and they finally used the chip and the payment went through with no problem. The food was subpar. The falafel was obviously not made from scratch based on shape and consistency. Fries were garbage and the shawarma sandwiches are small. The hummus was very watery too. I won't go back.

I rarely leave 5 stars but this place deserves it. Best baba ghanoush I've ever had, hands down. Kabobs were on point, perfectly seasoned... tender. Fries are hand cut very tasty, baklava was crisp, the perfect amount of flake and gooey sweetness not overpowering like some like to make it. I cant speak more highly of this place go with confidence you wont regret it.
