Getting real tired of ordering food through app and it says I can go inside to pickup food. So I arrive, park, get to the door and it's locked. Even after getting a thank you for ordering from Taco Bell, your order will be ready for pickup at the counter inside. Thank you! Now it's a wait in line at the drive thru. How about a BIG SIGN ON THE WINDOWS. DRIVE THRU ONLY OPEN.

My vehicle is too big for drive through and they wouldn't help in any way. Stay away terrible customer service. Just 15 min after their dinning room closes and 4 hours before its supposed to close according to their door.

This particular store is ran very well, its professional, clean friendly and fast. You know how u go through drive thru at some places and person at window is noticeably upset or mad. I dont get that here every time it's friendly service ,that's why I'll continue to go there

They messed up again. I got the nacho bell Grande today. It is soo salty tasting that it's not edible. I dont know if its in the meat mixture or on chips but it taste like there is a pound of salt in the food.

This is the absolute worst service. My order was wrong and incomplete. The food I did get was just slopped together to the point I couldn't even peel my wrap from the paper. And there was more tomatoes in the bag then on my order. Very unhappy with this store. They weren't even busy so there's no excuse for this.

Specifically ordered my food Fresco since I'm vegan. The bean burrito was just beans and the crunch wrap had cheese sauce. Complete failure

Maybe not as authentic as some Mexican restaurants but I always enjoy the food and most of the time the workers are polite and have a professional attitude.
