Starbucks

Went in yesterday seeking the new pistachio latte, and glad to have made the decision to go inside. The drive-thru was very busy, and when I remarked to the gal making my coffee 'I wonder why people don't come in? There's NO ONE in here!' she replied that people are lazy. I had a good laugh over that because it's true. The same cars were still sitting in line that were there when I drove past them to park and go in. The pistachio latte was delicious, maybe not as sweet as I was expecting, but I can fix that with a sugar packet. Nothing to complain about other than the price - $5.25 for essentially 8 ounces of coffee and some foam. That's why I don't/won't go more often, that's silly-high pricing.

I went in today to get a coffee after work. They were slammed busy at the drive-thru and inside the cafe, but they worked together as a team to get everything out in a timely manner. The one gentleman who was making my drink made a mistake, he sincerely apologize and made it over for me while still taking care of other customers in an amazing timely manner. We talked while he remade my drink and really impressed me. I would definitely highly recommend coming to the Starbucks. Not only are the drinks good, the customer service is just as amazing.

Changing from a 1 star to a 4 star. In the past couple months they have been on their "A" game. Drinks have been on point. Keep it up guys doing great! Never gets our coffees right, also always a different price even though our order never changes. And today they couldn't even get my points right for my free coffee. They are nice, but always mess something up.

Gone way down since the reopen. Do not go to this location. Twice they have forgotten to make my mobile orders. Then they made hot drinks instead of iced as ordered. The tag was right on the order. Just made the wrong drink. Today I had to have them fix my drinks after noticing they were made wrong. They missed ingredients. Not that this will stop anyone from going to Starbucks but hopefully you will take my advice and watch your order.
