Incredibly slow. Inaccurate order fulfillment. Understaffed and just poor service. Hire more people,
Edit. I actually can't describe how terrible this is. It is probably the worst coffee I have ever drinking if I whole entire life... Like no joke. I drink about three Tim Hortons extra large coffees per day everyday... And I stopped here on my way to Toronto, and by far this is the worst Tim Hortons.

When you order a flavour shot in your coffee, maybe add it and then make sure the coffee is properly stirred. You charge $0.30 for the shots and don't include them in the coffee. Wonder how many other people got ripped off!

I CAME HERE TO SEE THE ONE I WENT TO LAST YEAR NOT THE ONE I WENT TO WHEN I WAS 3 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE IT BRINGS BACK SO MANY MEMORIES OMG! (I clicked on it to see the one I went to once last year I went here so many times when I was 3.)

Happy this location is closing - worse service/staff. Attitude galore. Ordered toasted cheese teabiscuit with butter and coffee. The coffee was dripping down the sides so had to go back for napkins. Opened up the teabiscuit - wasn't toasted at all and a big blob of butter in the middle (you could have buttered an entire loaf of bread with it) and the butter was full of I'm not sure what - my guess it was from whatever the prior order had. Disgusting! Had to throw it out. The gal making it was working way too fast, was sweating so much she had to clean her brow off in the middle of making my order - gross! Either get more staff or tell the staff there to pay more attention. Best to go there during off hour times.

Inside store locked due to covid, drive thru only. Store manager does not approve of transport drivers walking up to drive thru window. Just for for the record Mr Manager guy, us truckers make the world go round!

I went in this location to get a breakfast sandwich combo at 5:20pm and they said they had none ready. All day breakfast means to be ready for the costumers. They never have anything ready. I always have to stir my own coffee. Worst coffee shop ever

**REVISED: SADLY, This Tim's IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!! (Fri. Feb. 25th).
The same Franchisee operates the store at "The Delta" and would look forward to seeing us there!
It was closed to make way for another LCBO ...That will make 5 in Cambridge. (Not counting all the wine shops..) That says a lot about Cambridge 🙄....***
Good location but the single drive thru is a nightmare when it's busy..blocks plaza traffic, spills onto 24 and Dunbar St. The drive thru 'lane' is way to short for its location. This is still my favorite Tim's though just not at peak times.. **Good news! The portholes have been filled in!**

Good location, bit frustrating when we want to go in to order and they are closed inside due to lack of staff.
Otherwise overall good place. Heard it is closing and another store will take this spot.
