Whenever I get out to the Midwest, I always stop at my favorite Bob Evans in Cambridge, Ohio. I've only ever found one place, local to me in NJ that comes fairly close to Bob Evans Sausage Gravy. Nothing, though, beats the real thing.

The food was amazing, and the customer service outstanding. Never ran out of drinks, checked to make sure our orders were right the first time, and made sure we were set throughout the meal.

We ordered take out. The food was amazing and didn't take long at all. My eggs were cooked perfectly. The one thing that stood out was the take out boxes the good came in. They were hands down the best quality I've ever seen. So sturdy, zero leaks.

Not very busy so we got our food pretty quickly food was great except for the home fries they weren't cooked all the way but everything else was delicious our server kept getting awfully distracted for not being that busy I had to ask for creamer for my coffee like three times

The hostess can all be a little more inviting and smile to greet the customers. Depending on the day the waiters can be good or you can have the server that doesn't even take your drink order til 5 minutes in or the one who was giving out cold coffee and took forever to get a fresh cup.

We stopped at this Bob Evans restaurant while driving home. The restaurant was at capacity, not all the tables were busy, but the host said that they were running behind and we had to wait for ten or fifteen minutes, which actually were more like twenty five or thirty minutes.
After this initial wait there were no more issues, everything else was like you'd expect from any Bob Evans restaurant. The sevice was quick enough, the restaurant was clean, the food was good. Good to visit on a road trip if you have some time.
