Coffees took ages and were cold. Replacement coffees took longer and were even colder. Staff are not properly trained. Was dirty and the bathroom was shocking.

Sat outside for a brew and a chat with a friend. Caffè Nero was busy when we arrived but the service was excellent. Always popular with Saturday shoppers and even more so with last minute Christmas shoppers.

Always feels so rushed here - I have been hundreds of times and always a queue of several minutes or more
Gave up on the Chai latte order - half the time it was poorly mixed and left clumps of the powder at the bottom of the cup and a weak drink - skinny cappuccino is much more reliable
Staff are under huge pressure and need someone dedicated to the other stuff and not making drinks/orders

1st of lovely staff , 2nd lovely cake and such a variety if your a cake lover and 3rd coffee was spot on with a hint of talent 💕 loved it

This Nero was excellent, great coffee and good service. A week later my card company contacted me to say they never collected my payment so it was refunded to my account, happy days. I shall visit again, hopefully for more free beverages.

Not once have I ever seen this place not crammed or cued! The staff work unbelievable hard, long shifts and deal with difficult customers. The only thing I wish I could have was delivery! Then I'd be ordering ALL THE TIME!

For a coffee shop within a department store, there was a surprising amount of seating available both indoors and outdoors. My drink was made fast, and I was able to sit down inside for the first time in months! Loved it, and the drink.

Felt very safe. Good spacing and not too busy. Great coffee as always but very disappointed that they're still using disposable cups for drinking in store. Such a shame

Staff went above and beyond the call of duty with a smile! My daughter left her braces top and bottom in a napkin. We realised 20 min later and I returned to the cafe. The lovely member of staff looked through the bins for it, not the nicest job. Gave them back to us in a bag with a smile. Thanks so much saved us lots of money and hassle.

Caffe Nero's is still the best coffee of any of the chains.
Only downside for me is they've changed their muffins, why fill muffins with sickly sweet goo just plain muffin is much nicer in my opinion.
