Applebee's

I love the 2for20 and 2for25 and don't let me start on that delicious spinach dip everything was so delicious even the drink they did they thing Applebee's and that was my first time ever in my life eating Applebee's and I enjoyed myself in the food was good I can't wait to go back to all go try them out and especially try the two for 20 and a two for 25

My visit was better than expected. The food was delicious however the service was slow. The restaurant was not very busy yet we had to wait several minutes for them to clean a table. I noticed there were at least 5 clean, open tables. The waitress was not very attentive. After placing our order, we waited 15 minutes and no appetizers or waitress. Finally the waitress came by to say she was going to check on our food. A few minutes later, appetizers came literally 3 seconds before the waitress brought the food. Overall I would visit again because the food was good. Expect staff to be courteous, but not polished.

First we were at the location in county club hills but the service was so slow that we went to the Crestwood location. While the time of the service wasn't an issue, the accuracy of the meal definitely was. I ordered my drink and it was fine. Then my food came and it was chicken instead of the bourbon street steak that o ordered and when I finally got it, it was medium well instead of medium like I ordered it. So if you go to either location, GOOD LUCK!

I haven't been to Applebee's in awhile but, the food was still good. I was excited to see they still had my favorite dish on the menu: Bourbon Street Steak. My only issues were I had to change my drink because, they didn't have Blue Curacao. I also had to change my soup from Loaded Potato to Chicken Tortilla because, the potato soup wasn't available yet. It was on the menu though. The server was courteous. The service was decent. I would definitely go back. Good place for kids and families.

Worse customer service I have ever received in my entire life. We went out on Friday a group of four people. the place was busy but not that busy for a place like this. we waited 30 mins to be seated. Christmas our server came to our table 15 minutes after we were seated to take our order. When were placing out order she was almost rushing us and not even taking notes pretending that she would memorize everything. she brought us water and one of them was 7up. we order ed appetizer and she only brought us partial order. Our drinks also came incomplete as we were missing one pop. No silverware provided, our salad were a mess, looks like they just threw everything on a plate. Our main dish never came and after waiting over an hour from the time we place our order we decided to walk away. We noticed similar problems with other guest. The manager was not even apologetic in fact was not even professional to understand she needs better communication with her employees. We kept seeing her removing unwanted plates from other tables. After all we went to a different restaurant and had a great time. We were determinate that Applebees will not ruin our night. In summary they were a complete mess, from the servers, to the kitchen staff to the managerial level. I will never come back to this place and will not recommend it to anyone.

Worst service ever!!! Here from out of town and thought since I love Applebee's thought this would be the place to go. How wrong was i??? Ordered soda and water at the same time. Received our soda but had to wait for the water and only received it after we finally got our waiters attention and asked for it. Ordered the 3 appetizers special and received them with no additional plates to eat them off of so again we sit there looking at the appetizers again until we got the waiters attention and had to ask for the plates. Then to top it off, they finally bring our food and they bring me the wrong dish. At this point I am highly angry and just cancel my food order. My husband ordered a burger with a little pink and his come well done along with the fries did not take frsh, actually tasted microwaved. The manager brought out my food after I cancelled it and said she took it off the bill. When I refused the offer and telling her "no thank you, I don't want it because now I have lost my appetite" she seemed to get annoyed and said I just want to make it right. Free food does not always satisfy lousy service. Well in this case it can't!!! I was so upset I left the establishment and sat in my car while my family still sat in the restaurant waiting to pay the bill on this lousy service!!!
