Panda Express

This is third time being disappointed with them. Ah the food is getting worst and worst. Although it looks delicious and has a pleasing feel to it but once you put in on your mouth it's totally different. Before it was tha noodles that made my whole stick by the time I reached home thinking from where is this weird smell coming from, turns out it was the noodles and now it's my teriyaki chicken, it first few bites its tasty I was enjoying but after some bites it started to taste weird I counldnt tell if it was the chicken or noodle but it was definitely the chicken started tasting like new paper the texture of it was just like news paper texture in my mouth it is really hard for me to discribe it in words but as I put it in my mouth, it reminded. Me of newspaper. Cheese ragoons and very nice n fresh and so is the pot stickers.

So ive been living here for like 5 years give or take. Decided to finally try our local Panda Express.....you can get a LOT of food for $10. This is literally the only place in town where i can find teriyaki chicken done the way i like it. Was very nice staff, was nice and clean. Id recommend coming here to. E honest. Its not "gourmet", but if you want quick and simple, its here.

It was very cold in the dining room which made the experience uncomfortable. Fried rice did not have much seasoning. Orange chicken was good but a little spicy. I enjoyed it but those with sensitive palate may be upset. Good egg rolls. The lemonade in the fountain machine was REALLY watered down. I have had water with lemon that had more lemon taste. Staff was very friendly.

If you want white meat chicken they'll sell it to you and then all of a sudden they're out of it and they want you to pick something else that's not white meat. Kind of like going to Red lobster and ordering lobster and having them bring out steak instead and then they expect you to be okay with it. I've never seen anyone use bait and switch with food before until now.

I've heard so much good about Panda Express but this was by far the worst first experience I've ever had with a restaurant. The food tasted like its been sitting out on a buffet all day. We got three different kinds of chicken and it was dry, chewy and had no sauce or flavore. The broccoli was still raw and noodles were dry and hard. Even the rice tasted awful and I found hair in the rice. Waste of money 100% and I'll never go back.

As far as Panda Express goes, this is the most disappointing Panda I've ever been to. The food was made to a far lower quality compared to other Panda Express locations. The dining room was closed, which was a small disappointment. That wasn't the main issue, though. I gave them a gift card to pay for my meal, and instead of simply using it, they completely destroyed the part with the pin number, then claimed the card wouldn't work and gave it back. $25 dollars completely wasted because of the complete incompetence and stupidity of those working here. I would save your time and money and go to any other restaurants in the area. I have heard really good things about "Cook Out," which is right down the road. That's coming from someone who will go to Panda Express as often as possible all over Northern Georgia.

One of the worst Panda meals I've ever had. 1:30 in the afternoon and the lo mein is room temp and dry as can be. Teriyaki chicken is "warm" at best and filled with gristle. The broccoli in the broccoli beef was so undercooked, the interior was still chilled from the refrigerator. My wife's meal was even worse! We've visited so many excellent Pandas in our travels across the U.S., it's disappointing to find one that doesn't strive to even meet the most basic standards.
