Bolero

This place is a real treat for a special night out! We came here for my birthday and wow the service was amazing! The price to bring kids is surprisingly fair and not expensive, so don't hesitate to bring kids. My 6 year old loved the place. I found some of the meats were better than others but the food came fast, often and hot! The drink menu had some good choices. The Brazilian lemonade was delicious! I guess the only thing i was missing was some sauces for the meats. But we still really loved it. The pineapple is to die for!

Wow wow wow!!! Lovely place, the service the food. Only positive things to say about this place, definitely an experience. The best thing to do is to basically pick the $49/per person option on their menu, basically you get to try a bunch of meats I believe there are around 14 varieties of meats you can try from one of them is like caramelized pineapple (so good!!!) . There are also some meats that we can try from the buffet. They also had this fish stew, I don’t normally like fish but the stew was amazing the fish was so soft and tender. I really just enjoyed my experience there, all the staff was really nice including our waiter he was very very kind. I would recommend this place for anyone having a birthday for any kind of celebration. I’ve never had Brazilian food before I think it’s worth a try for anyone who hasn’t tried Brazilian food before. Definitely a meat eaters locational so I don’t know much about the vegetarian options. They did give us these really tasty vegan cheese bites things that was really good ! Also the dessert. “Tres Leches Cake” 10/10!! A little heavy but we took the rest home to enjoy.

Service was great, food was great, there was an abundance of eat items that came often and quickly. This last visit was a birthday and our server was amazing, polite, responsive, and more than on top of every aspect of his role. Would recommend this place to anyone who lives meat, make sure you are hungry when you go and don't shy from the buffet of other foods either! Pineapple.... Amazing

Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I have been coming here for years and there was definitely a missed presence felt during the pandemic and we are so happy they are reopened! Had a birthday dinner here once again. The staff are next level, the service is next level, the food and drinks are next level. This is an absolute diamond in the rhinestone world of Calgary restaurants. This place is not understaffed which is a rare thing to see nowadays so clearly the owner is doing something right to keep everyone happy! Great job Bolero team!

Outstanding food, but even better service. Setting is intimate and lively. Staff do a great job at keeping patrons well fed, as they should! Salad bar is well stocked. Suggestions from staff for menu options led us to this awesome pan fried cheese, a must-have! Great work to everyone on staff. We will be back!

We had an incredible night here tonight. The service was unmatched; every staff member we interacted with was friendly and polite. Our server was great, he was always around and checking in on us to see if we needed anything, despite how busy he was. The bartender was particularly impressive. He was going non stop, making drinks of all kinds, but despite that he still took time to bring us straws in case we wanted them and cameout from around the bar again to fill our glasses with the jug of sangria we ordered. The food was also amazing and just as impressive as the talented staff. 5 stars, 10/10, highly recommend.
