A must to visit for peoples who are looking for a high-quality food. Located in the heart of Cairns City, Spicy Bite Indian Restaurant delivers authentic Indian food made from fresh ingredients. The taste is amazing and the view of the shop is wonderful. Staff are highly attentive and try their best to assist customers to make the food based on their taste. Highly recommended!!!

Great value for money and very kind staff. I mis-read the sign where it explained the take out deals and the man at the counter was really nice! I thought they were the dine in prices. There is a different dine in and take out menu . The lamb Rogan Josh was super nice- got it as the small take out with bread and ate next to the lagoon! I will be back again :)

Decent food - took almost 30 min to receive it though it was busy. A little on the pricy side compared to all the other indian restaurants I've visited but not by much - it is a tourist destination.

58$ for a starter (veggie mix platter) and one small main (Eggplant Masala) is too much - see picture. From our experience naan or rice is included with the main not charged 5$ per person.
We were enthusiastic about having Indian food for our last dinner in Cairns - good memories of the last Indian restaurant we had in Canberra (Tikka Take) it was delicious.
We were in the end very disappointed by Spicy Bite.

This is by far the best Indian food I have ever had..!! I had lamb Madras med to hot and it was brilliant..!! I even complimented the chef before I left I was so pleased with my meal..!! Well.done "Spicy Bite Indian Restaurant"

A must visit for delicious Indian recipes, made fresh and served with care. I was actively avoiding Indian restaurants after a recent disappointing experience elsewhere in the city - but our 'spicy bites' server assured us of their chef's exquisite skill and the food was indeed cooked to perfection 👌 superb flavour, texture and quality. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! Was not expecting such delicious food but we were left mesmerised.
The seekh kebab was light, well cook and nicely spiced. The prawns tandoori were slightly over but the taste was delicious.
For the main course we had chicken Taka tak and I will have to say that I have not had a better chicken curry dish at an Indian restaurant in Australia till date. The roti and the garlic naan were soft and had a generous layer of butter on it.
The mango lassi was okay. Not too much to complain but I’ve had better.

My husband and I shared a platter and it was the best we've had from an Indian restaurant for a very long time. The bonus for us was the fact that we can BYO wine at only $5 per person. The service was very good and we will definitely be back for more
