The service was horrible someone ask for our order and we practically waited 15 minutes. And there was an enormous line I wonder why can’t even put simple fast food together💯

Don't dare. Sat in drive-thru for 45 mins for a simple meal. Fast food? If you don't have the people to run this place, then close!! I've never sat so long waiting for a line to move in my life.

They are very rude and nasty over there, check your order before you drive off because they always mess up with orders. They need to be trained on how to provide great customer service. I will never go to this location again

We went for breakfast and they gave us a hot latte instead of a cold one, we told the manager (older Hispanic man) to fix it and he dumped the hot one into ice and gave it to us, all the ice in the cup melted and it tasted like hot milky water. They also forgot to give us our orange juice, this location cannot handle busy days and stress, I was a manager at another location and I do not blame the employees I blame the shift leader.

Food Luke warm, french fries wilted, hamburgers real sloppy, thrown together, not stacked, staff indifferent,not even a smile or thankful, like they didn't want to be there! Always forget the dipping sauce for chicken nuggets, it would help if staff would ask, aren't they supposed to? So much for great customer service!

Giving my order was great. But waiting for my food was horrible. The workers were horrible and very unprofessional. Thier conversation ( were degrading and disrespectful.) Not to mention that my food was cold after waiting for my food.

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes after I placed order. Got the food and it was cold. Went inside to get them to redo the order and it was cold again... never going back to that McDonald's!!!!!!!!

Asked for just cheese on the 2 cheeseburger meal. They got it right, but only gave us one cheeseburger. Asked for both meals to have large drinks, but was given one large drink and one medium.
