The Chateau

Chateau in Waltham is good. Burlington is absolutely horrible. I have complained to the management about the food. It is nothing like the one in Waltham. The cooks have continuously ruined the red sauce, burned seafood, served cold potatoes and no one has done anything about this. Since Burlington opened, it has never been good. It's ashame the management just doesn't care!

I just ordered the Toasted Ravioli luncheon special with a salad. I paid $1.50 more than my daughters regular size Toasted Ravioli and there were 3 Toasted Ravioli on my dish, 3. The amount of ravioli should be stated on their menu for the luncheon special with salad but now I know why they don't disclose this information. My daughters plate contained at least 8 ravioli. What a rip off!!!!

update 2/18/22 went after my daughter's recitial. First of all the Calamari for $14 does not come with any tentacle pieces...just all rings. ..the mgr said sorry that's how we make it.. so buyer beware, it wasn't worth it. The waitress couldn't be more distant. Never asked us if we wanted water.....and they are still serving the fish etc in the casserole dish with the beefier and potato or rice on the same small plate...You have to scrape your side of squash off of the casserole dish. You can go eat at the Cafe Escadrille for the same money...the Chateau needs to stay in their market segment Great martini's.. food is consistent. Sometimes I wish the portions were larger....like trying to cram the steak tips, rice and veggie all on one plate...same with the haddock St Germain (which tastes so good) I wish there was more...they serve the hot casserole dish it comes out of the oven in on the same plate as the sides, so everything is very crowded and I had squash stuck to the sides of the casserole dish. Service is always good.

Hey Jeff, the manager, shame on you! I ordered through Doordash 2 vegetarian meals (with marinara sauce, not meat!) Your restaurant packaged the dinners with MEAT sauce. I do not blame the delivery company as they are not the ones responsible for checking the orders for pick-up. YOU however ARE the one responsible. When I called about the mishap, you had the audacity to patronize me for sounding frustrated. You are a manager. Take care of the customer! You offered no solution or even maybe a coupon for future business? All you condescendingly said was "what do you not understand?" when I asked what you could do for me. Good night! I will not be ordering from the restaurant again because of you.
