Dunkin'

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts with my son and have for several years. This is my go-to stop for coffee and treats. I love the fact that they hire a variety of workers and seem to give everyone a chance to prove themselves. This is my favorite place to meet up with friends. I also appreciate the fact that the staff always talks to my high-energy 3 year old. They're always quick to offer him a high-five.

My coffee is never right when I order and I always order the same thing with my app. The girls working there act very snotty and never give me any napkins and I have been given the wrong food multiple times! Probably should hire grown women instead of childish brats. Sincethe GM has not taken time to contact anyone about their complaints here,, I will just send it in an email to Corporate.

I have been here about 3 time and every single time my order is wrong! This last time I ordered 3 bagel sandwiches, didn’t realize until I left the drive though I only received 1. Went inside told them, they asked me THREE times what I was missing, then asked for my receipt, why? I do not know since my order is on the tag on the bag I did receive. Nevermind the fact they never give a receipt unless you ask for it. Finally got my 2 bagel sandwiches without an apology and instead with an annoyed kid who rolled his eyes and threw the rest of the order on the counter. Get new cooks and associates because the ones you have are the worst!!

I had to stop going. Got my drink wrong 3 days in a row. I always ask for almond milk and no whip everywhere i go because I’m lactose intolerant & they would always give me regular milk. The people who worked there were so rude about it when i called too & gave me 1 free drink which i didn’t even use in fear it would happen again. Go literally anywhere else.
