Went through the drive-thru and waited about 4-5 minutes while the lady at the first window was talking to her coworkers. Then after we paid they gave us our food but they didn’t put bacon on the burger nor did they get the kid’s meal right. The only reason why this has three stars is because there is a really sweet lady that works there and she fixed my order

Instead of playground, this McDonald's features a design like 50s diner.
The parking is a little bit sketchy as this is on the corner of a very busy intersection. Add 2 drive thru and you can imagine the space consumed.
The new Big Mac with fresh beef was noticeably different and good.
My only gripe was the manager publicly scolding a staff about CRU or Crew whatever it's a McDonald's thing but they way she scolded him at the counter where patrons enter and begin to look at the order menu.
The manager could've and should've handled the employee matter more privately.

I have always liked hamburgers, but it happens that whenever I go to the drive thru, my food is a little cold, and I think that hamburgers are prepared with much more time than required. Outside of that, everything else is fine.

I want to start off by saying, I haven't been to a McDonald's in yearsssss. On Christmas Eve, I was traveling and they were just about the only restaurant open. Lady at the food window was SO pleasant andddd my food was hot and so tasty. I was pleasantly surprised. High-Five to McDonald's in Burlington NC.

Iconic old-school exterior with modern amenities I love this McDonald's they seem to be accurate and quicker than most McDonald's restaurant s only issue I've ever had was one time the put whipped cream in my wife's hot chocolate, but hey that not really my issue is it?

While at the pay window i waited about 2 min so the girl could finish her conversation with another coworker. Of couse it was no surprise when i got my order only to find she had also entered it wrong. Wont be going back here due to the horrible service.

So it was a stop off from a road trip back home. The lady in the drive thru was extremely personable. Had to pull over to wait for order. No biggie. Get the food and head out. Start doling out the food to the gang and we were minus the 10pc nuggets. 😫
