Church Street Burlington - The staff used to all be very courteous and know my name AND get my order correct. Since they've reopened post covid meltdown, they have hired some new staff that can't seem to get a venti iced chai Latte right to save their lives and the snotty half psycho attitudes that these kids have is insane!! I reached for a straw this morning and this child with pink hair ripped them out of my hands and screamed at me! Perhaps a little less coffee for the new employees. I don't think they can handle the caffeine.
