One of the best Burritos I’ve ever had!!!! I am from Mississippi - I came to visit my aunt, she told me these burritos are the best! She did not lie! The staff is super friendly and so welcoming. My burrito was cooked to perfection I mean look at it!!! Sausage, Bacon, Egg, Potato, cheese wrapped tight but weighing in heavy! Their house-made hot sauce makes me want to go buy a huge container and take it to the south with me! I will never look at burritos the same! This is my spot when I come to visit!

CASH ONLY #2 - Yes, the wait is often times 45 mins or less Breakfast burrito is KING here if you’re willing to wait BUT is it worth it? + Yes, IMO but not for 45 mins. =) + I had the steak, bacon, crispy potato breakfast burrito. Bacon was extra crispy but everything inside was not consistent. Meaning the potatoes and fillings were not equally distributed within it. Would I come back? + Yes, if the wait was 15-30min max

This was my go to place for breakfast burritos. They’re the best. Fluffy potatoes, perfectly cooked eggs plus the cheese & added hot sauce, which is minced peppers. I don’t eat meat, but there’s several choices for meat eaters. They stop (or did when I lived in California) making the breakfast burritos at 11:00 am so I would call ahead & then drive (20 min) to Burbank to get them. I don’t live in California anymore. I’m in Colorado & haven’t found as good of a place that makes them like Corner Cottage.

The place to go if you need your breakfast burrito fix. Might possibly be the best breakfast burrito place in Burbank, based on the long lines every single morning. But the food does back up the hype. Must be the way they make the potatoes and the salsa that make the burrito so popular. Good luck with parking, and expect to spend 20+ minutes waiting for your order during busy mornings. Lots of people phone in their orders in advance to save time, though you still have to fall in line to pay, since they're cash only. Recommended for breakfast, but they also have the usual diner fare for lunch. The teriyaki bowls are good and filling. Definitely a local favorite.

If you enjoy potatoes in your potato breakfast burrito filled with shredded potatoes with a hint of grilled potatoes than this is the right place for you! If you're looking for cheese or at least 1 bacon strip good luck finding some in the Corner Cottage breakfast burrito. Flavor was bland and by the time I got home burrito was cold. Probably a just had a first time bad experience. I'll try it again in the future.

What can one say about what many claim to be the best brrakfast burrito in Burbank. I don't agree, but it is a great Burrito. I think it has the best cheesenof the breakfast burritos I have tried in Burbank. Really heavy on the potatoes. Pretty light on the meat. There is a line already formed 10 minutes before they open. They are a well greased machine. The cashier is super quick, especially for cash only. In fact he is quicker than credit cards take. Staff is very friendly and obviously enjoy working there. If I have to have a breakfast burrito before 7am i come here otherwise I go to larrys chili dog. Overall their burrito is better in my opinion.
