Horrible customer service! Luckily I checked the boxes before I left and saw that my order was wrong. When I asked for the correct food, I was told it would be another 20 minute wait because they had to cook the food. This was after I had already waited 15 minutes to get my order. The manager only stated it was a holiday, although it was not busy at all.

I guess the cashier was new, so she gets an A for effort. The floor was dirty but it was a Friday at 5p.m., most of the tables where dirty, not filthy just crummy from those who where there before. The food use to be a lot better. The corn was bland and the green beans also. The mac&cheese was beyond creamy it was runny and again blander than we remembered. The new wings were hot and spicy more than honey barbecued...🤔

Love the food here, I always been a fan of KFC!!! Dine in closed for the pandemic but drive thru is open. All had protective great and, when you have to swipe the card, they reach out with a long wand with the debit machine and have you do it all, no one touches the card or anything. You get you food and enjoy. Check this place out, you'll find the service is great and the food Evan greater!!!
