Waffle House

The place is great to visit at any time. Lisa the attendant was wonderful, she paid attention to our orders and asked the right questions to make sure we were happy. We had a party of five our order was complicated but every item was received perfectly. The attractive smell from the grill helped keep us engaged. The food was fresh and the flavors we're satisfying. We're coming back for sure.

My friend and I came into Waffle House this morning after a bad experience at a diner down the street from them. Lisa waited on us and I'm telling you she gave us the best experience we could have asked for. It was almost as if she knew we really needed a good experience. Lisa is exceptional and she should be made employee of the Year! Thank you Waffle House for turning our Sunday Breakfast experience around!

You see the bad reviews because those are the few that had problems. I love this location. FOOD is always good. SERVICE is always friendly and helpful. All the employees great you hello when you walk in the door. Been here plenty of times. I skip the waffle house near my home just because I know the food and service is not going to be a problem.

Just ate at this location. Food was always good. One of my favorite places to eat. This particular location has a waitress Lil Debbie is what her name tag said. Not a soul in the store and complaining about how busy she was. Waited on others who came in after us. Asked me of my food was good enough for me. Through my card down on the counter after I paid and was really just a bad waitress. Great food never makes up for horrible service.

I used to really enjoy this location, but the last 2 times I have come here they can't seem to get the food right... especially crisp bacon. Even after sending it back, I get it cooked exactly the same as what I sent back. The bright spot today was sever Jenn. She was not my server, buy she seemed to be one of two servers who had some idea of what was going on... otherwise this place was chaotic and several people had their orders wrong. It did appear that some staff were training, but it seemed only a few actually knew what they were doing. I felt sympathetic for Jenn.

So I walk in and stand at the register for 8 minutes then shes aski g the drunk crowd beside me if there ready to order. They were not ready and were still on the phone not even looking at the menu. I proceed to tell the waitress I just need a chocolate chip waffle and was in a rush. She then tells me I have to wait for her to get the order from the people who are bit even ready to order and still on there phones at this time. I'll never go here again!!!!
