Jim's Steakout

Not good at all. I got a med chicken finger sub. Barely any lettuce and onions. Asked for mayo and oil. Didn't get oil and tiny squirts of mayo. I added my own pepper because, well, it was tasteless. The fingers were dry and chewy. I got a single piece of super thin cheese that I paid extra for. The bread was warm and mushy. Like it was steamed. I got a med cajun sub yesterday from Mike's steakhouse. It was 1000x better than this.

Walking in happy. Leave feeling depressed. Staff need to work a little harder on Hi welcome ro Jim's how may I help you?. Simple. But nobody they give you the FACE FACE . U have to great yourself. Pay them . Eat food that's never right or sub looking like beef jerky sub of the month. Pay for the sadness they leave to go see your doctor. If you don't want to work there. Just quit. Jim's on main st will forever be the Best location in all of Buffalo. Period.

Very disappointed with the stinger sub. no wonder it's on sale, chicken fingers were hard skinny over cooked. Toss the finger they forgot to give me the blue cheese on the side. By the way they forgot the steak in my wife's sub, unbelievable. Jim steak out u need to do a much better job!!!! Just showing up doesn't count in my book, please don't disappointed me again, or i won't be back!!!!
