Inefficient front staff. No understanding among them. The front staff doesn't even know what food items they are out of, they just keep taking wrong orders & eventually messing it up while the people kept waiting. They were out of hash browns that we ordered initially which was notified to us after waiting for about 20 mins in the store. But the gentleman preparing the food was nice, he prepared the rest of our order & replaced the hash browns with other available food items. The store is located inside Delta store. #Roadtrip #NiagraFalls

Don't come if your on a break or expecting a five minute stop on way to work. Leave yourself about a 10 minute window. Customer service needs improvement. Very off putting when your not greater and asked "what do you want" not good morning or hi how are you or even what can I get for you. Greeting with a smile is first impression and even if wait time is longer or if they get an order wrong a pleasant first impression can make those things easier to take and in some cases even prevent a customer complaint.
