On the south side of the casino. Entrance was closed when we were there, had to enter through the casino and was escorted since we had someone underage. The casino is not smoke free and you could smell it in the restaurant. Our server was Damen, serving for three years. Excellent server, beyond super average. He takes anything thrown at him with a smile and goes with the flow in a conversation. WD is very fortunate to have him. Many different customized butter with bread. Food is well presented and highly recommended.

I've only had one experience here so perhaps just a bad situation. The service was just about terrible. Waiter was rude, pampas, slow, and argumentative. At a higher end restaurant/steakhouse I'd hope they would at least be able to cook to temp requested. 3 of 5 steaks were completely off. Half the table got drinks refilled. The other half didn't. I only give out 1 star reviews if I feel they are completely warranted and considering the price point comparative to the service, the cooks missing the mark on the steak, and not being able to fill drinks, it seems appropriate.

Have been here about 7 times over the past few months. The first 5 visits were awesome. I come for the oysters and Hanger steak, because it is one of the few places that the kitchen gets it right. Well sadly the last 2 visits with friends have been less than stellar. Normally when you are seated the waiter brings a varied bread basket with a trio of specialty butters. These are changed frequently. The bread did not show until after the salads. We weren't even halfway though our salads before the entrees showed up. This happened twice in a row. Same waiter. He blamed it on the kitchen. The steaks were cold before we even got to them. The first time management made things somewhat right but not the second time. Said they would talk to the waiter. I am afraid to come back for the same horrible service. Which is sad because the food is good.

The seafood is fantastic, and the steaks were very good. Our server was awesome. can't believe some people on here have given one-star because they didn't get their bread on time. If you like seafood this is the place to go. The spicy shrimp is excellent, the raw bar tower is the best. Calamari is kind of average. Judge for yourself, if you're complaining the problem is you, not this restaurant they are awesome!

Expensive for what you get. I got the 16oz prime rib for $29. The pros: it actually looked larger than that, was cooked nice, and tender. The minuses: The au jus sauce it was swimming in had an odd burgundy flavor I wasn't fond of but couldn't get away from. It was supposed to be finished on the grill but had none of a grilled taste. it was good but I've had better. My wife said her NY Sirloin was good, a bit undercooked, but for the price nothing special. We would've been happier at Longhorn for way less.

This has to be hands down the worst restaurant in the Buffalo area. First of all the "host" was more like a TSA agent. Instead of welcoming us to the restaurant he says "I'm gonna need some information from you". The "hostess" was texting on her phone the entire time and looked extremely unpleasant. As many other yelp reviews state, THE SERVER DID NOT INTRODUCE HIMSELF after taking about 20 minutes to come and take our drink order. Then he hastily mumbled what the specials were and disappeared for another 10 minutes. None of the individuals we encountered cracked a smile. We complained to the "manager" and he gave us the driest apology we have ever heard. This restaurant is not a good representation of the Buffalo area at all. If you are traveling here or a local I would recommend just about any other restaurant besides this one. You'll get better service at a fast food joint.
