Subway in USA is pretty expensive, thing is it was very much affordable in UK.. Well other than the cost, Subway is always great and the staff here is pretty nice too

Today, a friend and I were hungry and decided to stop buy subway for a quick meal. We go there fairly often, and normally, the service is quick and a pleasant experience. However, today service was down right terrible, even for my standards. I’m a pretty considerate person (as per i work at a coffee shop and understand the stress of multitasking), and I have generally low expectations. All I ask is for polite workers who prioritize the customer. When we walked in the shop, I got my sub quickly despite the chill attitude of one of the workers. However, once she set my sub on the counter, she didn’t check me out but instead went to talk to her fellow worker (while on the phone) and promptly ignored my friend who was waiting to be served. Keep in mind this is 12 o’clock and we were the only ones there. After five minutes of just socializing and ignoring both me and my friend, they finally made his sub. However, when the worker went to warm his sub, she didn’t turn on the oven and then went once more to socialize for another couple minutes. When finally the other worker came to check us out, she answered her phone with ringing up our subs (her cell not the store phone) and proceeded to have a completely unrelated to work conversation with someone I assume is her friend. Over all we were in the store for 20 minutes despite that it was empty and the service was rude and quite terrible. Needless to say neither girls showed any kindness, enthusiasm, or drive that’s necessary in a work environment. Waiting 20 minutes with poor service is ridiculous, unprofessional, and straight up infuriating. If I had it my way, both girls would be fired due to the fact that both obviously didn’t do their jobs. This was a horrible experience and I hope something is done to improve this location.

I’ve been to this subway dozens of times and have rarely encountered a long queue. The employees are good at managing the queues, if there are any. However, they wouldn’t always pick up the call (when the place is open) and this is the only thing I don’t like about this place, they can be better at this and I am sure they will try to improve on this.

Great food, quick service, same boring Subway ambience. Its NOT worth buying chips and soups combos and nobody does. Stopped selling Double Chocolate cookies for who knows why!
