Food is amazing, prices are great. However, the service is very lacking. When I came in to pick my food up I had to wait for her to finish her conversation with her friend who she was sitting with before she cashed me out. Also asked for an extra side of something and didn’t receive it and burger wasn’t dressed how I ordered it either. I felt like I was rushed off the phone after everything thing I said when I wasn’t done talked she kept asking “is that it”

Simple food, good prices and the best staff. We eat here at least once a week…if you need fancy then you will be disappointed but if you want good food with no crazy wait, you will enjoy this place.
Highly recommend the burgers and the chicken souvlaki is the BEST.

They gave us the wrong order and wouldn't refund our money told me that that's the way he cooks deal with it. thanks Steve

Everything we wanted, they were out of. What we did order the waitress got wrong. I ordered a chicken souvlaki no onions on the salad. I got beef and onions. My mom ordered shrimp with a side of soup. We waited 35 minutes for our food and there was only one other table filled. The soup was forgotten on my mom's order. The server never came by to see how our order was, instead she talked with another table for 25 minutes. When she came back i told her my order was wrong and all she did was apologize. My mom wanted rice pudding and it took another 20 minutes to get the rice pudding and all she had to do was scoop it into a dish. This place has gone so down hill.

The Towne is still one of the the best places in Buffalo for Slovaki. Chicken is always cooked and marinated perfect, ingredients always fresh. Service is typically fast and efficient. Cleanliness of the facilities could be better, but it will never stop my from going!
