This place is great. Great inside to sit, have a coffee and some sweet treats. It’s a little on the pricey side but the food and staff are amazing!

I am new to Deerfields Bakery but am already a big fan. I ordered 2 pies for Thanksgiving and everyone LOVED them and asked where I got them. I happily told everyone where to get the pies and mentioned that you have all kinds of other yummy things. However, I decided to join the rewards program and was told I could not add my pie order to my rewards balance; also I purchased lunch and was told I could also not add that to my rewards account. I did purchase a coffee cake and for some remarkable situation was able to add that to my rewards. While the baking is very consistent, application of the rewards program is not. Do not worry, I will be back!

Olga from the Buffalo Grove Deerfield's Bakery is amazing to work with and was very knowledgeable in assisting me with a 900 cookie order for delivery! This establishment has an amazing and accommodating customer service department. Every question asked was answered professionally.

Ordered chocolate cake on my niece birthday and i must say it was so delicious. Kids and even adults liked alot. We always prefer Deerfields bakery for all occasion.

I ordered a birthday cale and it was so well done. They handled my request vwry well and the cake turned out to be awesome. They have perfect collection of cup cakes as well and 5 star for everything. Definitely recommend to all my friends.

They made a John Deere tractor cake for my son's birthday based on one of his toy tractors. The final product looked amazing and the chocolate cake inside was moist and delicious!

Let's start with the presentation! This place is visually stimulating. Great showing of good and product. Not to mention that the selection is just insane. I've never seen so many good-looking treats in one place. When they found out I was doing a review, they broke out samples for days. Refer to the photos to see all the amazing options. Last but not least, the customer service was beyond good. Come check these folks out.

Great pastries and desserts. A bit let down by the coffee though. The employee poured from a cold brew dispenser that was practically empty, took the empty bag out of the machine, shook it, put it back into the machine, and then gave me water and milk as my drink. I had ordered a vanilla cream cold brew. My advice would be to stick to the drip coffee. The renovations they did are super nice and I’d still return only for the pastries.
