Fries were great. Overall though, a horrible experience based on customer service and the disgusting state of the restaurant. If they don’t want to serve LJS customers, perhaps they should close that side.
I stood at the counter for a while before someone finally helped me. Should’ve been clue #1. I ordered, grabbed my drink and went back up to wait on my food. A lady who came in after my order was placed, ordered and received her family pack while I was still waiting for mine. Then I saw the fryer drop two pieces of chicken into the fryer. I thought surely those aren’t mine. Sure enough!! After more standing there waiting, the timer went off, out came those two pieces of chicken and onto my dine in tray. THEY FILLED THE ORDER BEHIND ME BEFORE EVEN STARTING TO COOK MINE!!!!!
I had plenty of time while waiting to take account of the dilapidated state of the restaurant. It’s 5 pm. Dinner rush hasn’t started and this restaurant is still trashed. No pride in ownership here. See the pictures for yourself. It was actually worse than the pictures.
No one came out front to try to clean anything the entire time I was there.

We went today to buy a famous bowl with extra cheese and gravy and we also ordered a fill up box ( chicken breast) when we got to the window we was told to pull around because they was finishing up the chicken tenders so we pulled around. Almost 10 mins later we finally get our food and the chicken breast was not even cooked properly it was almost slimy and my famous bowl was room temp even though they had said they just cooked the tenders and they did not add extra gravy. So we take the chicken breast back in to get a new one. When we took it back in the works said they have a newer clock and he does not cook anything right. Then they said that they have told the manager several times that the cook does not know what he is doing and the managers reply was ,” that’s ok “.

Decided to get chicken for the family tonight for dinner and should have gone somewhere else. I waited in the drive through after ordering my food for over 30 minutes. After driving back home, I found that I was missing 2 of the sides that I had ordered, including the one side that my allergy kid is able to eat. I called them to let them know and figure out if anything could be done and instead of answering the phone, they hung up on me - twice!
To top everything off, I'm pretty sure they used the Long John Silver's chicken in the KFC breading to fill my order of tenders. It wasn't horrible, but it was not the same either.
Overall, very disappointed. After a few other less than stellar interactions at this location, tonight was the last straw - we will not be returning.

Didn't like my food service sucked need better employees

Restaurant was very dirty and all the tables needed to be cleaned. Our food took a good 15 minutes and we were the only ones there. The ladies serving our food didn't have gloves on or a facemask. Honestly do not recommend coming to this KFC.

Been a long time since I get fresh warm food from a Kentucky Fried chicken 🍗 I recommend the one in Buda . To top it off very good service from staff definitely coming back 1000000 🌟

I ordered the 16 piece tenders with sides. The sides were correct but they gave me original chicken instead of tenders. How hard is it to get it right?

The man working the drive thru around 1:30pm on 4/15/22 was awesome! I'd go back any time he was taking orders.
