Burger King

Ordered chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken not hot and ordered extra tartar sauce and I couldn't see the tartar sauce on it. The fries were cold so obviously all the food has been sitting awhile. I was very disappointed and I dont know if I will be back. The manager should be keeping a better management on the the employees and food. I guess this is what the public gets for $11.00 an hour.

The food and service was fine. The restaurant is disgusting. The floors are covered in dirt, old food, and so much grease your shoes stick to the floor and make a peeling noise with every step. I went to the bathroom and it seems it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I could see visible urine covering the urinal walls and soap dispenser. The floors were sticky in there as well. From what I can see the kitchen was not clean. I can see garbage swept into a pile in the corner along with old food sitting under the food stations. The fountain drink station has overflowing trash and smeard ketchup thats sat so long it dried up. Same with the trashcans. I almost decided not to eat here. I probably shouldn't have eaten here.

HORRIBLE!!! Was only customer inside. Waited 3 min then Dillon (who was on drive thru working his butt off) hollered to the back for someone to help me. There were 4 other employees standing in back talking. Still no one took my order. Kid that weighed 300# had his back to me talking with coworkers and his Jean's fell BELOW his KNEES revealing his huge ugly blue tighties...which he NEVER attempted to pull up!!!🤮 I finally yelled for help. Kid with fallen Jean's turns to me and says, "What!" He couldn't sign into register so asked Dillon to open it. 3 different times he asked Dillon for help on register....Dillon still running his butt off at drive thru. ONLY customer...ME ....in there a total of 22 mins. Just HORRIBLE!!!

My nostalgia for a BK burger is satisfied usually once a year when we head up north in Michigan. We stopped at this location on a trip to Findlay and we ate our lunch but it definitely wasn't anything to write home about. The chicken nuggets are cheap, and they taste like it. The burger was very thin and the bun was dry. Everything was hot and made to order. The staff was very nice and helpful.
