Wingstop

This Wingstop is my favorite location, but I'm so bummed right now! Look, I get that you guys can get swamped towards the evening with people coming home from work and just placing orders because they're too tired to cook or they just want a good meal, because Wingstop is tasty when done right. But you guys are expensive, so quality has to be a priority. There's no reason for my wings to barely have any sauce. It's not the first OR second time this happened at this location either.

Not happy with the food or pricing here 😕Overly expensive and our wings were nothing to write home about. To start, we thought we got a special fir 3 adults an 1 child...well that set us back almost $70 bucks! We only got wings with four sauces, fries and 4 drinks! The taste was good but the wings were over cooked, the main reason for going, but we enjoyed the over abundance of fries they were good but too many for us to eat. The service subpar. For our first time visiting and the price...I expected more. Needless to say....we haven't been back. Sad cause our family loves to come together for meals, and when we spend a lot. Like we often do, we expect a lot. Didn't get that here.

I have tried several times to order from this Wingstop and I am constantly let down, food not right, food cold, completely wrong order! I have had items replaced when they were wrong BUT they were wrong the second AND third time and after the third time it was messed up they refused to do anything for me BECAUSE "You have already gotten to many replacements for free" that was enough to make me not go back. It wasn't my fault my food was wrong several times!!!!

Ordered online through wingstop. The wrong order was delivered. Frustrate I looked up the closest wingstop in hopes this is where the order came from. It was but I did not get help. The manager said yes my order was still sitting there. I would have to go through my bank to get my money back and did not offer to deliver the correct order. Grandkids are hungry in frustrated and will never order from them again

I have a habit of air frying my wings just because I like them almost burnt (see a lot of wings not cooked right on here) .. but they tend to forget to put all your stuff in the bags.. I don't know how many times I've had to come back to get my full order.. BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! Husband picked up the order.. both of us took a shower so we could eat.. out the shower.. NO WINGS!! Just Fries and buns in a bag!! Tried calling to tell them but no one answers.. I hope they have that bag still there because if that man gets there and he's got to wait another 30 minutes.. it probably won't be nice.. I usually check before I leave but he didn't know what all I ordered..
