I moved to the area in December, and I’ve been meaning to post a review. I ordered from here a few times for fast food. Loved the food, but I can’t get past the lady that treated me so bad when I asked to use her shovel to get my car out of a parking spot. I get that she said no, but the way she did it was yelling nooooooo and she started speaking her language to her co-worker. Super rude. I care about customer service anywhere I go and I’m a really good customer to businesses that treat people with respect. I travel for my Chinese food now. Their lose not mine. Fix her attitude. Every time I pass by I get mad.

Writing this because I can’t believe some of these reviews bashing the place. Food is always great, folks are super nice, and its cost-effective. What else do you need?

This place is terrific. I don’t eat out frequently, but when I do I come to Joy’s with my girlfriend.
I read some previous reviews and I don’t understand people’s sensitivity sometimes because Joy and Lou and so friendly and affable. If you want Chinese take-out then it’s a solid place to come through.
Food is what you expect and is affordable. They are also hard working people- everyday they are there, closed on Sundays. General Tso’s and Mushu Vegatable, no pan cake! Delicious!

Good & solid tasty food at an inexpensive price! Joy & Lou are always very friendly. I regularly order the General Tso's chicken with pork fried rice.

Fantastic hole in the wall spot for Chinese w/ killer vegitarian options. Vegi lo mein and vegi dumplings were both killer, and the flavor and consistency for their vegan General Tsos was delicious. The folks that work there are friendly and accommodating. Perfect spot to satisfy a craving.

Inexpensive and tasty, Joy Kitchen is our choice for neighborhood Chinese takeput. Whether ordering ribs and Gen Tsao's Chicken or healthier tofu dishes and vegetables, we have enjoyed the soicibess and combination of flavors.

It should be cold sad kitchen, I'm not coming back here. The food is okay but the personal is rude. And they don't give you a two litre soda like every other Chinese restaurant. It really sucks!
