I travel around brooklyn for my job. This is one of the better busy Dunkin Donuts I've been in. Same donuts and coffee as other DD's but the service is better at this one. I love it when asked if I want the usual.

Tipu the man who fixed my tea was so nice! I can always rely on the Dunkin stores in any neighborhood to be given really good service and their coffee is really great!

I'd give this place 5 stars among Dunkin donuts that I've been to, but there are many other nearby cafes that are better. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and I'm from Boston, so I am required to love DD though. Other places nearby have donuts, but we always go here. Also the ice cream is a good deal compared to neighboring places.

I needed desperately for a plastic knife yesterday for a cake cutting. The front desk cashier gave it to me, no questions asked. Very generous and kind business. Would definitely go back there

The coffee was great. However the person that made the coffee had an issue with me wanting less milk.
I believe for some reason he thought I would be getting more coffee then he wanted/or was allowed to give.
At the end he did accommodate me.
