Zaca Cafe

Very cozy and comfortable brunch place with friendly staff and delicious food. Ordered a pancake meal with grits on the side which were much better than expected! Usually grits aren't too tasty from restaurants but this place knows how to season their food so well. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for sweet and savory breakfast, brunch, or dinner!

I had brunch here with my partner on a rainy Sunday afternoon. The host, Vanessa, was very friendly, efficient, and personable. Turns out they were also taking orders, bringing out food, and making coffee. I’m not sure if they were short staffed, but they were buzzing around the pleasantly decorated cafe. It was busy, but the food was worth the wait. I ordered the fried mustard chicken with scallion waffle and after drizzling maple syrup, I basically scarfed it down. My partner enjoyed the ham and Swiss croissant. The roasted potatoes were well seasoned with peppers and onions. I definitely recommend brunch and the dinner menu sounds tasty as well. I’ll be back!

I loved this place! Went with my grandfather and the server, Vanessa, was absolutely wonderful. The food was superb, the service vert timely for how busy it was. The decor is also very nice. My only complaint is they should hire another server for their brunch if they can, Vanessa was great she kept the entire place running smoothly but she deserves the help!

Love this place, it always caught my eye whenever I walked by and I’m excited I finally stopped by. Weekend brunch goes until 3, unfortunately we just missed it but the lunch/dinner menu isn’t that much different. Simple food done well. The fries tasted handcut and there’s a huge portion. Zaca burger comes with sautéed onion and mushroom. Strawberry lemonade was good but very sweet, not complaining because after mixing it with plenty of water it ended up being a very good quantity lol. Really laidback but attentive service. We weren’t rushed in the slightest and the ladies here are so nice. Music was on point omg!

This place is wonderful! We stopped by for brunch and everyone in the family was happy. Staff were great and the atmosphere was fun. We had the salmon and capers bagel along with the chicken panini - both were awesome. We also had the ham and swiss croissant which was a huge hit too. We are only here for two days so we want to try other places - but the kids want to go back tomorrow and try something else!

Food was awesome. I ate the platter with grits and hubby had burger and fries (which are from fresh potatoes and quite delicious). They give large portions and very reasonably priced. We sat in the outdoor seating and the only downside was it takes some time to get the food after ordering. Black owned business is a plus.
