I went to this restaurante yesterday, Thursday, January 14th, 2021, which is now under new management. The old name used to be Lima. The new name is Bravazo, and the food and the service was as good as before or perhaps even better. My take out order was taken promptly by a young lady, Maria, who described patiently the different dishes to me. I ordered four rotisserie chickens with yellow rice, yellow plantain and some salad. Because the order was taking a bit longer than expected, the chef/cook offered me a drink on-the house, which I politely declined. My friends and I at the office truly enjoyed the food, and I particularly enjoyed also chatting with the waitress, Maria, about current affairs. I drove from lower Manhattan to Brooklyn and back because of the reputation about the food served at Bravazo. We were not disappointed. Next week I'm going for their ceviche, one of my favorites Peruvian dishes. Victor

Searched for a nearby peruvian restaurant and this came up. They offered a great combo on the menu that will satisfy 2 to 3 people. The food was delicious! Combo came with a delicious full Chicken, rice, beans, maduros, salad and french fries. We enjoyed it so much. And the service was great. Definitely recommend if your looking for some delicious peruvian food with outside dining.

This small Peruvian restaurant serves up some delicious food with good service. The leche de tigre and the jalea are very tasty and filling, so is the ceviche. We also had the chicken soup and it was good. Prices are ok.

My favorite restaurant in NYC! I have tried various Peruvian spots around the city. This is the best. The ceviche de pescado is unbelievably good, and a generous portion, but everything I've tried on the menu is excellent. Even the "simple" dishes like rotisserie chicken, maduros, and spinach are delicious! Plus, if Sangria is your thing, it's tasty and packs quite a punch. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Delicious food and great service! We had the grilled veal heart kabobs, mussels, ceviche de mariscos, and chicken. Everything was really good. They also make great sangria. I will definitely be going back!

This is a real peruvian restaurant! Amazing portions with a real Peruvian flavor. No gourmet, no fancy presentation, this is just an amazing food! Just like in Peru. I fell in love!
