I absolutely love this place. Went in person with my brother and got almost all of the buns (which were incredible) and he got the pork jowl bowl and I got the beef bowl. Now, I’ve reordered via caviar and it was just as good as I remembered. Order the cauliflower nuggets - they’re amazing with the side sauce.

Everything was so tasty! The fried cauliflower nuggets are a treat, the tofu lettuce wraps are amazing, and the buns are great. I thought the beef one had great texture but could do with a more interesting sauce, and the tofu/mushroom one was delish.

Bunsmith has become a regular spot for us. They have really delicious vegan options and a great vibe. My favorites are the tofu shiitake bun and sticky fries (especially with a generous drizzle of the table sauce), but you can't order anything bad here, all the food and cocktails are amazing. If you're trying to reduce your waste, know this place is a paper napkins/disposable chopsticks/toothpicks joint: best to bring your resuables! However water is refilled, cups and dishware are reusable, and not a straw in sight.

Totally amazing buns- I recommend the spicy Korean Fried Chicken bun. You can’t go wrong with any of the food. The mural up front is pretty cool.

You like buns? You like nice music? You like great mixed drinks? Don't go to a Bruno Mars after party, go to this place! Great date spot, great menu to share, lots of variety of buns. Done miss out, eat out at these buns!

Love the impossible burger buns, and the shitake tofu buns. I can always get my husband to order from here because of the spam and cookie butter buns, the Korean chicken nuggets are amazing as well. When I received the cauliflower nuggets instead of the chicken once, they promptly went way out of their way to bring me the right item. Awesome.

Pretty delicious spot with small and large plates, some traditional and cray flavors, and good cocktails. Had a cookie dough-SPAM bun and it was pretty good. Some choice veggie options and also some savory meaty flavors. Worth the trip.

Good food, nice service, and a fun setting. Not a lot of vegan options (the buns themselves aren't vegan even with the vegetarian filling), but those that are on the menu are tasty. Great beer and drinks options that are almost worth going for alone, as are the appetizers. I'm particularly a fan of the shishito peppers. Recommend that you give it a try if you live in the area.

Modern twist on Korean classics. Bunsmith pleasantly surpassed my expectations! I got the Bulgogi ramen (I.e. Bulgogi on zucchini noodles with a bit of broth.) It came with plenty of veggies and bulgogi (meat)! I didn't try their Kimchi Back (whiskey + Kimchi juice -- a play off of pickle backs -- whiskey + pickle juice), but that fusion philosophy describes the menu here well. Fun environment, friendly staff. Slightly pricey. Would come again.

Its a bit noisy, but the service is always pretty good! You'll be full on just 3 orders of buns. I suggest you avoid the rice dishes and the new fried chicken is not great. Buns are good, fun finger-food. Great place to grab a quick bite. Music is always 80s fabulous.
