Hardee's

I was at the restaurant a few minutes after 12pm. There were 2 people waiting for their food in front of me, no one eating in the dining area and 3 cars in the drive thru. I placed my order immediately, regular order, nothing special, and it took over 10 minutes to get it. I heard the manager say a few times to the 1 person working in the back that drive thru orders had preference over the orders in the restaurant. Besides the slowness, the restaurant was clean and the food was normal for Hardees. Dine in orders were served in a bag so they must not use trays at this time.

From MN, had to pick up a bob cat, I wanted to stop at Hardee's cuz where I work there is no Hardee's. I've been craving the mushroom and swiss. I wanted to make it a burger to remember so I asked for EXTRA mushrooms and sause. I got MAYBE eight mushroom's NO sause. It was mainly a burger with melted Swiss cheese on it. Very d disappointed. . By the way, the Honey mustard sauce in the packets are like soup. When I get asked if I want ketchup and say NO, I mean NO

I ordered Grilled chicken and was never told it would take a 10 minute wait. I was told she would have it out soon and that was after she saw us 5 times while talking to her coworkers. She took 3 minutes just to come to the window and let me pay. Also all of this happened while they were not busy what so ever and it made me very much so frustrated.

Was disappointed that the dining room and inside was closed to customers. I am from Nebraska and stopped at the Billings,SD location hoping for some lunch and a place to stretch our legs. But otherwise the food was good, the service was friendly and quick. The price of the food was quite a bit high for what I would have liked to pay. But overall just mediocre as a place to eat.
